This is a collection of essays exploring topics from the history of Marathon, the Asian cities that hold the Marathon Running, the gender difference in Marathon sport performance, to the Hong Kong experience in organizing the annual Marathon race. The latter part of this book gives advice to runners on how to deal with serious injuries and to make a better preparation for the running. The contributors are university's professors, practitioners and expertise.
